Beautiful. They are going some construction at the entrance. I could hear the star spangled banner being sung at the ball park across the street. The tigers were active and visible from the parking lot. Great zoo!

Very affordable and great place to visit. It's small but they are expanding in the near future. Though for the current size there's still plenty to see if you want to kill an hour and a half of time. 🦁🐆🐯🐅🦒

It's not a really big zoo, but they have all types of wild animals that we learned about as kids, like lions, tigers, bears, giraffes, etc. 🦁🐅🐻🦒 It's an excellent place to take your kids for an introduction to animals. They have a few birds as well. 🐦 The real surprise was the okapi. I have been to many zoos in different countries, and this one was a real surprise. That's not a common animal in zoos. 😲 It was under construction when I visited, but it was still maintained well. The staff was polite, and the ambience was nice. 😊 I will recommend it to anyone who visits Minot. I hope to visit it again once the construction is finished and they have the new addition, a camel 🐪. 👍

The Roosevelt Park Zoo has always been one of our favorite places to walk and spend time together. Unfortunately, during our recent visit, half of the zoo was closed due to construction of new spaces. Even so, we enjoyed our time there as always—the atmosphere is peaceful, the animals we saw were well cared for, and it’s a great place for families. We’re excited to come back once the new areas are finished—it will definitely make the zoo even better! ✨ Still one of Minot’s gems for a family day out.
